The job notification will say "are you interested?"
GigWorx and our clients may use these shifts during holidays, weather events, or when they anticipate staffing issues.
Picking up an interest shift does not commit you to go during that time, it simply notifies GigWorx and the client that you would like to be notified first if it becomes available
