When a shift is posted in the app, it notifies all available workers who are prequalified and vetted by our team.
Supporting new staff in their first few shifts help encourage them to return, or even seek full time employment with your team.
We can also create pools of preferred staff so that when a shift is posted for your community, it goes to those preferred staff members first before rolling out to the rest of our qualified staff.
