In Montana, new GigWorx staff work on a probationary period for the first six months after their paperwork is completed.
During the first six months of their employment, all new and rehired GigWorx staff are subject to a probationary period. This period allows us to evaluate your capabilities, work habits, and overall performance. It also gives you the opportunity to get a feel for the job and determine if it's the right fit for you.
During the probationary period, it's crucial to prioritize your availability for shifts to give us ample time to evaluate your performance. If you're unable to pick up shifts due to unforeseen circumstances, please inform us as soon as possible so we can make necessary arrangements.
Keep in mind that the more shifts you work, the better we can gauge your potential and suitability for the job. It's essential to take your gigs seriously during this period as our assessment of your work will determine whether or not you progress to a permanent position. We encourage you to ask questions, seek feedback, and strive to improve your skills to demonstrate your commitment to the job. Remember, we're invested in your success, and we want you to succeed as much as you do.
Please keep in mind that if we determine that you're not a good fit for GigWorx during the probationary period, we reserve the right to terminate our relationship for any reason that is not illegal or against policy. However, if we see that you're a great fit for our team, you'll may be offered a permanent position with one of our clients. So, work hard, show us what you're capable of, and let's build a successful future together.
