In the event of an emergency and you cannot make your shift, it is essential to call off your shift in the app. Calling off in the app alerts GigWorx, the client and automatically reposts your shift in certain situations.
Calling off is done by navigating to the Schedule tab and the bottom of your app, selecting the day of your shift, scrolling to the start time and clicking on the block of time for your gig. In the shift detail, scroll to the bottom and Tap & Hold to Call Off Shift.
You will then be asked to confirm and provide a reason.
