GWs must be confirmed in the app before they can work!
No, employees can not work shifts that aren't scheduled in the app. The app is the scheduling source of truth. Clients should post shifts themselves if after hours, or the GigWorx team can do it if requested before the scheduled start time. If staff are not logged in the app any work they are doing is not sanctioned as part of GigWorx and will not be covered by our payroll or insurance.
