Can I reach out to a worker directly to schedule them for a shift?

We require clients to use the app to schedule staff. Operating outside of the standard procedures can create issues...

We encourage all clients to work with GigWorx support and use the app to schedule specific workers.  We do not recommend clients reach out to workers directly to do this.  This helps GigWorx manage worker's schedules and insures GigWorx can maintain a high level of communication and support our clients and workers.  It is possible to request a specific worker through the app by creating a favorites list where you can send shifts directly to your favorite worker(s).  GigWorx support team is available every day of the week, with varying hours by office, to help reach your desired worker  and get them on your schedule.
